How to Reach: Phurun Gaon is just 14km from Kalimpong Town. Journey of around three hours from NJP can take you to this beautiful Himalayan village. From NJP railway station tourists need to reach Algarah along the Rishi Road. From there tourists need to avail the route of Pedong – Rishi Road. From here a winding road diverted and leads to a forested land offering wonderful glimpses of the snow-capped mountain peaks along with valleys and finally leads up to this dreamy village of Phurun Gaon.
